Q: Why did you send me a letter? A: You are currently insured with Citizens and we are licensed with another insurance company that is willing to take over your policy; assuming you meet the underwriting guidelines.

Q: How did you get my info? A: Citizens has allowed our agency access to their database to solicit and rewrite their clients with other insurance companies.

Q: Why is your premium only an estimate? A: We were not able to verify all of your coverages and quoted your premium based on the information available. Please call or e-mail our agency to get exact numbers.

Q: Under Replacement Costs on Contents you put a Y. What does that mean? A: Y stands for yes and N stands for no.

Q: Why is your Loss of Use higher than my Citizens policy? A: The Loss of Use coverage is a percentage of your Personal Property coverage. Citizens gives you 20% our company gives you 40%.

Q: Does your quote include wind? A: We matched our coverage to what you have. If you have wind then so does our quote. If you don’t have wind then we can include it in one policy.

Q: How long has this company been in Florida? A: This company has been licensed in Florida since 1997.

Q: Why don’t you list the name of the company that you are quoting me? A: We have done the work and spent our money/resources to locate you. We don’t want you to take our work and go back to your current agent. If your current agent isn’t calling you every renewal to review your coverages, then in our opinion he/she is doing you a disservice.
